28/04/2015 · If I understand, Are you saying that everybody should have Remedy Login ID even they wont never have acces to ITSM? When People have a remedy login ID, in their notification (like incident confirmation they will get the tiket link generated) when they don't have login ID in this case they will not get the ticket link in the notification text body.
