My router occasionally changes the LAN address from 192.168.1.1 to 10.0.01. When it does this, I have to go back and manually change it back. This is a problem because I have a couple of devices which have a fixed IP (e.g. Windows Home Server I have set to always use 192.168.1.50)

Page 1 of 2 - Cannot access Router admin via Win 10 - posted in Windows 10 Support: I have 3 PCs on my home network ( hard wired ). Two PCs are now Win 10, one still Win 8. Neither of the Win 10 PCs can access the router admin page.
IP address 192.168.0.1 works well and is sometimes used as a home network router's local IP address. Some people mistakenly reverse the last two digits and look for 192.168.1.0 on their network instead of the correct address.
