My router occasionally changes the LAN address from 192.168.1.1 to 10.0.01. When it does this, I have to go back and manually change it back. This is a problem because I have a couple of devices which have a fixed IP (e.g. Windows Home Server I have set to always use 192.168.1.50)

flopot. Not yet - seen that there were 4/5 noted issues with this release on Norton somewhere so until confident these have been solved, no point, (update only been out of box for 3 days), I get support to do these things - when I tried a reinstall a year or two ago it went wrong.
I also checked the initial manual LU History on a WIN 7 system running Comcast NSS (220.127.116.11) and it also showed the start time of the LU - not the completion time. So it appears to me at least, that a delay in the View Summary appearing, would not be shown in the LU History.
